Brewed in celebration of Pride Month, Gay IPA is soft and incredibly easy-drinking. The hop blend of Strata, El Dorado, and Citra provide a bouquet of ripe apricot, papaya, and mango with some nice tangerine, lemon/lime action on the nose. The lactose provides a slight sweetness that keeps you coming back for more.

Glowing crimson with holiday fear, this beer has a smooth oat and barley base, and flavored with tangy cranberries and hibiscus flowers.

Ginger, citrus & lemongrass are added to the mix, then fermented at high temps with lacto and two other yeasts.  Moderately hopped for a saison with American and German hops.

Citra! Citra! Citra! is back. It’s our triple dry-hopped, super-hazy Double India Pale Ale with Citra packed to the gills–or maybe we just wish we had gills so we could live inside this beer and breathe nothing but Citra. You know it. You love it. It’s time to get it. This year's edition clocks in at ABV 8.2%.

Our black beer, the Marz Schwarzbier, is the darkest lager we have ever made with hints of chocolate and coffee. It's almost like a stout, but it's not. The roasted malt gives it a dark color and the beer has a low hop bitterness and aroma to it.

More hop forward than Jungle Boogie with far more dry hops added to blend with the tea aromas. Similar to a DIPA with less bitterness and extra malt complexity.

We decided to brew this wild ale in honor of our probiotic roots, adding organic strawberry puree to achieve that classic Yakult flavor.

A dry hopped American Wheat beer that borrows from many styles.  The sweet, flavorful malts and wheat provide balance for the Mosaic hops and fruity rooibos tea flavors.

A Southside sour red ale brewed with our proprietary souring bacteria. Duchess De Bridgeport is our take on a flanders red.

Using a blend of Vienna and dark Munich malts, we brewed this dark Bavarian lager with a bit of Perle and Swiss Saphir to boost the lager sweetness and add just a hint of mixed berry.
