We extracted the oils of Madagascar Vanilla beans through a neutral vodka tincture, adding lactose to up the sweetness. Then we added in a hefty load of the same organic blueberry puree we used in our Blueberry Jungle Boogie. The result is a slightly purple Milkshake DIPA still high in hop aroma and flavor, with just enough blueberries to let you know it’s there without being too cloying.
