Our Bubbly Creek Leviathan is a blend of several barrels of golden ale fermented with Brett. We then blended an additional barrel of golden ale contained pureed peaches and ginger. With a balanced tartness that allows the subtle notes of fruit and bright ginger to pop alongside lemon, dill, and the fruit & terroir of orchards, this sea monster will plunge you into the depths of flavor heretofore only imagined.
