We selected some of our most refreshing mixed culture golden wild ale casks with gentle acidity and light fruit flavors, then added pineapple puree to ferment and condition for many months in the casks. The result is a highly drinkable tropical delight with big fresh cut pineapple aromas and a juicy finish.
