Dans Le Sud is a bottle-conditioned Brett Saison with Michigan Chinook, Zuper Saazer, Mosaic, and Azacca brewed in collab with artist Adi Goodrich, who designed our taproom mural. The beer is the first installment of our series commemorating the year 1968.
