Berliner Weisse with Apricot

When we brew our berliner we brew a big batch and split it between two tanks so we can adjunct them differently and see how different ingredients work in these nice little beers. The Apricot version of our berliner is tart yet softer than the guava variant. Featuring delicate notes of citrus with a nice juicy Apricot pop dominating the pallet. This one is a little bit more balanced. Slightly less tart than the others but still bringing that nice fruited wheat beer vibe to the table. Congratulations you just found your back up beer for the summer.
