Meet Floridaweiss #2. This time its with Mango, Pineapple and Key Lime!
Marz Floridaweiss is inspired by our peers in Florida who take tangy berliner weiss-style base beers and add all kinds of fruits and purees in order to make super juicy brews. Although you can enjoy them in the Florida sun, we believe these beers are great any time of the year.
Of course, because we’re Marz, we had to crank the dial to 11 for our take on the style, upping the ABV and adding a cabana-stand worth of delicious tropical fruit puree into the fermenter with our house souring cultures and yeast. The result is punchy wild ale that drinks likes the fruitiest tiki drink – 151 floater not included. Also not included: sunscreen.
