Forest and Marz is a collaboration with Forest and Main Brewing Co. These guys make some of the best saisons in the world out in one of most amazing brewing spaces we’ve ever seen. We are so honored to have had this aging in our cellar for so long.
This beer is a 4.8% saison that was aged in oak barrels for a year then conditioned in bottle for an additional 6 months. It features house Brett cultures from both breweries. The beer lends ultra tropical Brett character and heavy notes of stone fruits. The beer finishes dry and tart across the palate. A lovely saison reminiscent of warmer weather, fancy cheese plates, and social interaction. #believeinsaison
