God forbid we let an IPA be an IPA!
Though we love our hazy, low-IBU juice-jams, sometimes it’s refreshing to drink a good ol’ fashioned, West Coast hop bomb. And when you’ve got fresh Comet pellets from Land Locked Hops, there’s really no better time to rip off the restrictor plate on our boil additions and give this beautiful hop the spotlight it deserves. The younger sister of Citra, we first experimented with Comet in Cloudy Boyz and are beyond excited to be able to feature it in this IPA brimming with gooseberry, green grapes, and apricot.
