Hoppy in a Haze is a session NEIPA. This beer is hopped heavily with Simcoe and Citra and a touch of El Dorado. Nice tropical notes of peach, mango, and citrus with a little bit of piney grapefruit lingering on the back end. A nice easy drinking beer that you can have a few of while everyone else is distracted hunting eggs. Who hunts eggs? What a weird tradition.
Appearance: straw yellow, super hazy, pillowy white head, attractive and inviting
Aroma: Light pine resin combining with tropical citrus character of pineapple, mango, apricot, and mixed berry, sugar-sweet semblance
Mouthfeel/Body: Velvety, satin smooth, mouth coating, crisp
Flavor: Initial medium malty-sweet character, underripe and enjoyable citrus basket finishing with resinous finish that doesn’t overstay its welcome
