The Great King Kona, silent partner and coconut magnate, charged us with making a libation designed to fit his needs as he goes for his morning perambulation through his lush coconut groves. We brewed this massive fudge like imperial stout and hit with 600 plus pounds of toasted coconut and finished it on coffee from our friends at Bridgeport Coffee Company. The coconut blends lovely with the darker malts lending almond joy like flavors with the coffee bringing bright berry notes and a pleasant roast character to the back end.
