Mango Sorbaze is the latest in our sorbaze series. This lil crusher is hopped with a ton of Idaho 7, Sabro, and El dorado. We added 3# of mango per barrel then finished it on some madagascar vanilla to smooth it out and bring out those sorbet flavors.
Appearance: Deep gold with orange accents, tight bubbly ivory head, cascading foam, surprisingly see through
Aroma: Big ripened mango, passion fruit pits, freshly zested orange, sliced vanilla bean, earthy hop backbone providing balance to big citrus character
Mouthfeel/Body: Clean, crisp, carbonated, not lingering or cloying in any way
Flavor: Mango, orange and vanilla engages the pallete on first sip, just enough hop accentuation to balance, subtle creaminess, astoundingly drinkable
