On our journey to create a classic sessionable Pale Ale we used the Alpha-Acid intense Azacca , alchemical Cascade, fruity El Dorado, and legendary Centennial hops to guide us.
The Mystic Pale Ale is bright and crisp with the pungent piney/citrus flavors you want in an American Pale Ale. It has a balanced bitterness and a hint of biscuity malt at the end with an ABV of 5.5%.
