The Stoor Worm was a gigantic evil sea serpent that so tormented Scotland, one king offered his daughter’s hand and a magic sword to anyone who could defeat the creature. Slain by the son of a local farmer, legend has it that as the serpent died, its teeth became the Orkney and Shetland Islands. Our Scotch Ale plays to that heroic tradition: we blended English pale malt, caramel malt, and pale chocolate malts to give you a full-bodied, well-rounded beer with caramel and toffee notes. And, at 8%, it can hit you like a Glasgow kiss on the terraces. Stoor Worm Ale: a classic style, re-invented by Marz.
