Marz’ newest imperial stout is The Corrupt: a rich, roasty and malty stout originally crafted for the legendary Bolesław the Brave. Boasting a rich Polish heritage stretching back a thousand years, Marz used its proprietary time machine to recreate this legendary brew. Our scientists started with Maris Otter, chocolate malt and roasted barley. Then, leafing through the pages of a forbidden recipe book from Chicago’s famed White Eagle Brewery, they had the notion to add delicate hints of crystal and brown malt, and finish it with a whisper of Columbus hops. The result: a stout that pours at 10% ABV with hints of dates, dark fruits, figs and chocolate. The Corrupt: fuelling Polish royalty for a thousand years! Na Zdrowie!
