A classic American Rye Ale made in collaboration with Paul McGee for the Cherry Circle Room restaurant in the historic Chicago Athletic Club on Michigan Ave.
Brewed and dry hopped with moderate additions of citrus-forward hops and steeped with a blend of various orange peels and lemon grass for additional flavor and spice. There’s an indoor bocce court filled with crushed oyster shells in the Game Room bar outside the restaurant; the Jack is the target ball.
