We are pleased to announce our latest collaborative brew with Chicago culinary institution: The Publican. Pastry Chef Erika Chan dreamed up the breakfast-inspired Toucan Chan’s Citrus Cardamom Sparkler. It’s an India Pale Ale with Green Cardamom and Citrus Zests at 6% ABV. The cardamom leads along with herbal notes of citrus zests and dry-hop additions of Comet and Citra. It’s a froot bowl of grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime. Brewer tested, mother approved.
