It’s the first day of fall and we are dropping our Wet Hop Hazy IPA, brewed with Makinac hops grown by our friends @landlocked hops in Loda, IL.
We hit this IPA with those wet one’s throughout the boil and whirlpool. This beer is insanely tropical. Heavy notes of melon, papaya, and stone-fruit dominate the pallet and aroma. We dosed it with a minimal amount of Mosaic to round it out a bit but the Makinac dominates the profile of this beer.
