Belgian Style Rye IPA

This isn’t your mother’s Rye IPA, nor is it your Trappist Monk’s!

Our brewer Sebastian has been in his secret laboratory fine-tuning his recipe for the perfect rye brew, shouting down from the brew deck as he sampled the final product, “It’s a-RYE. It’s a-RYE!!!” This IPA has the classic spice of rye, offset by lemon and citrus notes of the Comet, Azacca, and Pacific Palisade hops. The result is a Rye IPA so smooth and balanced it just might bring a tear to your eye! (Prince jams sold separately.)
