We’re excited about our new community brew with Wide Awakes Chicago!

Wide Awakes Chicago, the beer, is our newest American IPA. We started with a base of 2-row, Pilsner malt, with a little crystal to round it out. A nice hopping of Centennial and Cascade throughout the boil to get those IBUS up and finished with some fresh El Dorado and Chinook in the whirl and dry hop.

It’s a classic IPA that’s very balanced with well rounded bitterness (71 IBU) yet big notes of dank grapefruit, tropical hop candy and ripe pineapple. Dank and Delicious.

Wide Awakes Chicago is a generative network of cultural organizers that advocate for social evolution and liberation. They are artist provocateurs that produce events, experiences and conversations that provoke new ways of being.
