American Pilsner with schisandra berries and corn tea

A collaboration with Fat Rice restaurant.

The flavors of the Macanese cuisine at Fat Rice are tough to keep up with. We opted for more of a supporting role to reset the senses – an ill peripheral. This dry lager is lightly flavored and bittered with dried schisandra berries and a sprinkle of hops. The toasted corn tea adds a very mild caramel sweetness to the finish, inspired by some American adjunct lagers.
