The Clurichaun is a mischievous fairy in Irish folklore known for his great love of drinking and a tendency to haunt breweries, pubs and wine cellars. He is usually associated as a shoemaker and guardian of treasures. Some folklorists say Clurichauns are just Leprechauns on a drinking spree.
Legend has it that St. Patrick chased the snakes out of Ireland with the help of his fairy folk and cleansed it of badness. We made Chase Out The Snakes as our way of convincing the Clurichauns in our brewery to banish the horrible vibes of the last year. With the luck of the Irish we think they can do it!
