Churros con Leche is a creamy milk stout we brewed with cinnamon and Dark Matter coffee. We love it so much we made another version.
Instead of the Dark Matter coffee we added cocoa nibs into the mix. The stout still features the same amount of cinnamon, but the nibs help balance out the spice with a layer of velvety chocolate, like dunking a freshly-fried churro into a cup of pudding.
