Say hello to our newest concoction, the Marz Dunkelweiss. This little doozy clocks in at 4.9% and is everything you’d expect from a Dunkelweiss. It’s chocolatey and malty sweet with some lighter notes of banana and clove. We fermented it cooler to let the darker malts shine with the hefeweizen yeast dancin’ in the background. A tasty little number to enjoy in these colder months. Prost!
