What if there were an alternate universe with an alternate Marz Community Brewing? And what if that alternate Marz decided to brew their Citra! Citra! Citra! recipe using a different flavorful hop? Well, we took a brief jaunt into that universe and came back to replicate our findings. We used the same grain bill as Citra! Citra! Citra! and replaced the eponymous hop with Mosaic. Three rounds of dry-hopping infused this bold DIPA with so much classic Mosaic flavors it may as well have come from another universe. And that universe’s greeting is “Mo Mo Mo!”
