Pitch Shifter is our latest West Coast IPA clockin’ in at 7%. Is it even a west coaster if you don’t use all C hops. We don’t think so. That’s why we double dry hopped this one up with Citra, Chinook, and Crystal hops. I know what you’re asking yourself. What about cascade and centennial? Don’t worry we used those in the boil. The malt bill is Pilsner malt and of course a dash of crystal for color and a lightly maltiness. You can expect a well balanced bitterness, a nice floral flavor and aroma, and some citrus and lime on to help hit those high notes.
