We teamed up with the folks from Portugal’s Octavia Brewing to brew up this vibrant wild ale teeming with bright citrus flavor. Like the prophetic oracles of the Sibila, this beer heralds a new and exciting venture for our Portugese beer brethren as it’s their first international collaboration.
As Portugal (whose name even means “orange” in several other countries) is renowned for their citrus, we wanted to brew a beer with a blast of ripe citrus flavor and a shimmering sour edge. Like taking a bite out of a newly discovered tropical fruit: an OrangeErineFruit!
