Max Amato is a designer, illustrator, and art director living and working in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland in an intensely creative household of writers, and studied graphic design at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia.

He has worked hard to combine his lifelong obsessions with music, sport, fashion, and art with his design practice, working with and for clients like Nike, Def Jam Recordings, Motown Records, The Olympic Channel, Sony Music, and Converse.

He also recently published his debut children’s book Perfect through Scholastic.
