Paczki Fest 2023

Pączki Fest is coming to Marz on Sunday, February 19 from noon to 8pm.

We will be releasing three variants of our beloved Pączki Double Milk Stout and selling Pączkis made by Bridgeport Bakery, Brunchlox and Zeitlin’s Deli. And it wouldn’t be a party without The Environmental Encroachment Marching band who will perform around 4pm.

A Pączki (pronounced “Poonch-kie” or “Pan Chky” depending on how Polish you are) is a traditional Polish pastry that is released every Fat Tuesday by bakeries all over Chicagoland.

And every year, to honor our Polish heritage, we brew the Pączki Stout, a Double Milk Stout with lactose and cocoa nibs, to create our own liquid version of this gluttonous moment.

We have a very limited amount of Pączki Stouts available for preorder for pick up on February 19th from noon to 8pm. And we are also taking pre-orders of Pączki baked by our neighbors at Bridgeport Bakery. We will be selling a box of 4 different Pączkis including one of each flavor: Custard/powdered sugar, Butter cream chocolate, Cannoli, and Strawberry.
