Keep the STOCK Journal launch party energy going with the very first popup in the Supper Series featuring Chef Lance Watson (Saint Della, Francelle’s) hosting a celebratory Saint Della dinner with us. The menu is inspired by Creole cuisine—and you can learn more about Lance’s journey through his family’s culinary roots in Issue 1 of STOCK Journal. (Grab a copy at dinner and make sure to have him sign one for you!)

Your ticket ($35 each) includes a plated meal from Saint Della and one beverage (beer or NA) from Marz Brewing. Preorders close on Friday, June 9th, so don’t delay!

MENU:
Choice of entree: Fried Catfish plate w/ hot slaw; Croque Gagnet roll (Andouille sausage and gouda on a soft brioche roll served with house ground mustard); or Mushroom Boudin Balls (vegetarian)

All entrees come with the following sides: baked butter beans, crispy okra, and piri watermelon salad. Dessert is a key lime cookie.

Lance Watson is an independent chef and native of the South Side of Chicago. Watson was nominated for Best Cannabis Chef in the Chicago Reader’s “Best of 2020” poll and has captured nominations for Best Up-and-Coming Chef (2023) and Best New Pop-Up (2023) for his latest project, Saint Della.
